Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If a treatment or procedure is canceled due to medical reasons or at the doctor’s recommendation, patients may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the treatment stage and costs incurred.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed based on the circumstances of the cancellation. Refunds for payments made via credit/debit cards or online banking will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:

Consultation fees, diagnostic tests, and other non-tangible services are non-refundable once provided.
